Provide creative direction and expertise to all teams.

Amplify the voices of disabled people across all content and ensure all materials are accessible and inclusive.

With a razor sharp knowledge of the modern mainstream, you’ll stay up-to-date with new formats and fresh approaches both within the NGO sector and beyond.

You’ll be passionate about creative and will relish the opportunity to educate and upskill colleagues inside and outside of your team.

Finally, you have lived experience of disability, understand the social model of disability and relentlessly champion accessibility and inclusion or you are prepared to put the time and effort into learning from and listening to others who can help you get your head around the issues.

We ask you demonstrate an appreciation of Scope’s values and ambition of achieving Everyday Equality for disabled people.

If you want to make a difference and become a Disability Gamechanger, we'd love to hear from you. Apply Today!
