Role Summary
- Lead strategic efforts to improve donor relationships and drive fundraising efforts.
- Oversee major and mid-level donor income and individual giving programs.
- Control fundraising events and collaborate with Corporate and CEO to manage corporate partnerships.
- Contribute to senior team support.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in major donor fundraising and exceptional donor stewardship skills.
- Ability to execute detailed fundraising appeals, experience with CRM systems, and direct marketing.

The role: As the Development Manager focusing on Individual Giving & Major Donors, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance donor relationships and fundraising efforts. This includes managing major and mid-level donor income, overseeing individual giving programs, and directing curated fundraising events. You will work closely with the Director of Development and CEO to manage corporate partnerships and support the senior team.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in major donor fundraising, strong skills in donor stewardship, and the ability to manage detailed fundraising appeals. Experience with CRM systems and direct marketing is essential. A passion for conservation and a strategic mindset are crucial.
