The Role: As the Director of Fundraising, you will lead a senior, strategic role focused on driving significant and sustainable income growth. You will develop and implement a data-led fundraising strategy to achieve a £10 million annual turnover within five years. This role involves stewarding high-value relationships and building a high-performing fundraising team to support MQ's long-term mission.
Job Requirements: You will be responsible for developing the overall fundraising strategy, managing the fundraising budget, and leading the fundraising team. A significant part of your role will be to secure six- and seven-figure gifts and maintain strong relationships with major donors and partners. You should have substantial senior leadership experience in fundraising, a proven track record in income generation, and strong commercial acumen.
