Role Summary

Role Requirements

The role: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will collaborate with the team lead to refine tool requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design, develop, and maintain features across the full stack. This includes creating responsive front-end interfaces using React and scalable backend services in Python. You will also engage in back-end development, designing services that process and analyze large volumes of AI agent logs, and front-end development, building user interfaces that help users understand AI agent safety and security evaluations.
Job requirements: Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer and strong proficiency in front-end development using JavaScript/TypeScript or React, and solid Python experience for backend development. Experience with RESTful APIs, databases, cloud services, and containerization technologies is essential. Familiarity with ML/AI concepts or developer tools for AI applications is a bonus.
