Role Summary
- Expand access to our services within NHS GP practices

Role Requirements
- Experience in field sales, medical sales, or primary care engagement
- Strong understanding of GP practices and PCNs
- Ability to confidently present to clinical groups
- Independent territory management skills
- Carry a full UK driving license and open to extensive travel
- Prior experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce

The role: As a Partnerships Associate, you will be instrumental in expanding access to our services within the NHS at the GP practice level. This field-based role involves being the face of Second Nature in GP surgeries and PCN meetings across the South West of England. Your primary responsibilities will include building relationships with GPs and practice managers, simplifying the referral process, and ensuring that clinicians are well-informed about our services. You will also run educational sessions for clinical groups to further promote our range of services, which includes specialist weight management and support programs.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales, medical sales, or primary care engagement, with a strong understanding of GP practices and PCNs. You should be confident in presenting to clinical groups and managing your territory independently. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively are essential. Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is also required.
