The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager who genuinely lives ecommerce. Someone who dreams in funnels, nerds out over CRO, and is familiar with Shopify.
This is a high-impact role: you’ll own the entire digital storefront end to end, shaping every moment from the homepage to checkout and everything that happens after someone becomes a subscriber.
You’ll split your time between doing and leading, one day you’re building a landing page from scratch, the next you're breaking down A/B test insights with your team.
What You’ll Do
Ecommerce Platform & CRO
- Own our Shopify store and every pixel that impacts conversion.
- Design, optimise and test the entire funnel/homepage/PDP/cart/checkout/post-purchase.
- Run constant experimentation: A/B tests, UX improvements, pricing tests, speed wins.
- Manage our full tech stack: apps, integrations, analytics tools and know when to build vs buy.
- Work directly with developers to deliver custom features, functionality and performance improvements.
- Obsess over site speed, reliability and technical health.
Subscription
- Own and optimise the subscriber journey from acquisition to retention.
- Improve subscription management and reduce churn through better UX, smarter prompts and cleaner flows.
- Test pricing, bundles, incentives, and promo mechanics to increase LTV.
- Partner with retention on upsell, win-back and loyalty strategies.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and develop a small but mighty ecommerce team.
- Set clear priorities, unblock issues fast, and ensure momentum never drops.
- Build a culture centred around testing, data and fast execution.
- Work closely with marketing on landing pages, campaigns and experimentation.
- Collaborate with product on new launches, merchandising and customer journeys.
- Partner with CX to fix friction points and level up the experience.
- Work with our analyst to ensure tracking is clean, reporting is tight and insights turn into action.
What You Bring
- 4-6 years of ecommerce experience within a D2C brand or an agency, including deep hands-on time with Shopify Plus.
- A proven track record of driving major conversion improvements (you should be able to talk through the wins).
- Strong understanding of subscription businesses and lifecycle optimisation.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable in GA4, Shopify Analytics, heatmaps and experimentation tools.
- A hands-on, “I’ll figure it out” approach (you can build, troubleshoot, and ship fast without needing a big team.)
