The role: The Social Media Manager will own and evolve our social media strategy, leading a small, passionate team to create standout content for a highly engaged audience of 200k+. Taking an audience-first, insight-led approach, you'll shape content plans that make young people feel seen, grow engagement, and deliver results. You'll thrive in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment, using data and insights to experiment, take creative risks, and push our social presence forward.

Job requirements: Candidates will be shortlisted based on experience in managing social media channels with a following of 100k+, overseeing community management on a large scale, and leading a team to execute high-quality content. A trauma-informed approach to communication and crisis response is essential, ensuring content is safe and appropriate for audiences under 25.
