English Teacher

ISSOS is seeking qualified English Language Teachers to join our dynamic team. This role is based in the prestigious city of Cambridge, UK, from July 4, 2026, to July 30, 2026.

The organisation: ISSOS provides a vibrant, international learning environment where teachers are given the freedom to create engaging and effective lesson plans. Our staff are integral to the nurturing and development of our students' skills, offering a unique summer experience that combines learning with a rich tapestry of cultural activities.

The role: As an English Teacher at ISSOS, you will be responsible for teaching international students aged 13-18. Your main tasks include assessing students' English abilities, dividing them into groups based on their skill level, and conducting 3-hour classes from Monday to Friday over a 3-week program. You will also participate in evening activities and ensure the overall safety and happiness of the students.

Job requirements: Applicants must have a CELTA, certTESOL, or equivalent ESL/EFL qualification. Previous experience in teaching, especially international students, is essential. We are looking for individuals who are clear communicators, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about teaching English.

Benefits: ISSOS offers a competitive salary of £2,200 per session, with up to £150 reimbursed for travel expenses to and from Cambridge. Accommodation and meals are provided once the students arrive, although meals during the three-day orientation are the responsibility of the staff. All staff members are required to participate in various activities and are provided full bed and board at our campuses.
