Our roles are as varied as our challenges: product and engineering, growth/marketing, international expansion, experience curation. We are recruiting our General Manager for London. You will work closely with our global team to engage, surprise and delight our members throughout the city. You will make an instant and lasting impact and lay the ground for our global expansion in 2023.

You will:

• Build our London strategy and commercial growth plan
• Manage the P&L and exceed revenue and unit economics targets
• Oversee complex, on-the-ground, hospitality operations
• Recruit and lead awesome teams (community, hospitality, experience)
• Strengthen our relationship with and value proposition to strategic partners
• Take overall responsibility for enacting member obsession, rain or shine
• Be the voice and face of Yayem with media & government stakeholders
• Shape the playbook that will spearhead our international expansion

You are:

• An operator with a track record of solid commercial leadership
• Startup mindset: you develop consumer-first concepts from scratch

• A track record (+/- 10 years) in general management: B2C, hospitality
