We’re looking for a Creative Assistant to join our busy Creative team, getting stuck into a varied and exciting range of projects. In this role you’ll get to be truly hands-on! 

What you’ll be getting up to

• Help coordinate all of Piglet in Bed’s photoshoots: Prep; support with brief, inventory, ordering samples, creating packing lists, and general storage maintenance. Execution; pack up the shoot items, provide general assistance during shoot days, and help organise returns and put everything back where it belongs ready for the next one!

• Support with developing Piglet in Bed’s creative direction; always have an eye out for great shoot locations, props or ideas.

• Assistance creating imagery and content (whenever we need to shoot something in-house).

• Keep track of photography loans, liaising with warehouse and CH teams.

• Format and upload assets for our core department stores partners (John Lewis, Nordstrom, etc.) and other wholesalers, ensuring style guides are followed.

• Regularly review partner sites to make sure imagery is up to date and showcasing our products in the best possible way. Help design and create promotional assets.

• Upload new imagery to our online stores.

• Update imagery on our order slips monthly to reflect our new launches and season.

• Maintain organised image folders for the rest of the team to be able to easily access creative assets.

• Keep an archive of homepage and collection pages.

• Get involved in wider creative projects across the business - anything from redesigning our packaging to creating physical retail displays. 

Who we’re looking for

• Strong organisational skills; this role will support juggling multiple projects at the same time.

• An eye for detail is paramount - when assisting on set and handling product, as well as in the creation and organisation of assets.

• An interest in photography and graphic design is essential here - knowledge of photo and video editing software a plus.

• You’ll need to be creative, self-driven and eager and enthusiastic to learn. This role will give you some great exposure to the creative side of the business, but there’ll be opportunities to get involved and learn about all areas of the business - it is what you make it!

• There are physical elements to this role - our photoshoots take place a couple of times a month around London. They are long days with a great deal of getting stuck in, moving and arranging props. We’ll give you the appropriate health and safety training ahead of time, but you must be comfortable lifting boxes to move stock around.

• We work a standard 37.5 hour week, which is mostly remote and flexible (although this role will be about 50% on site).

• Although we’re remote, you’ll get plenty of facetime when the team join in photoshoots, meet for after work drinks or have socials.
