Role summary

Role requirements
- A Business Analyst qualification such as BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, IIBA (CCBA), PMI-PBA, or equivalent is a must.
- Experience in triaging user problems, gap-analysis, and delivering CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

We are looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join our Digital Services team at Samaritans. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in delivering new key digital tools and enhancing existing tools and processes used by our volunteers across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Your efforts will directly improve outcomes for volunteers and branch staff involved in various stages such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and development, ensuring they provide safe and supported listening services to our callers.
The role: By improving current systems and introducing new digital tools, you will help Samaritans move closer to our vision of reducing suicide rates. Your responsibilities will include assessing stakeholder needs, defining detailed requirements, delivering new digital tools aligned with business objectives, performing data-mapping for system integration, developing and documenting process improvements, and solving user issues through our service desk.
