Role Summary
- Ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and with the highest service.
- Keep in daily contact with customers regarding the status of their orders.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders in the Supply Chain such as Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Sales, plus finance.
- Monitor stock balances and liaise daily with 3rd party logistics.
- Address customer complaints, process claims and credit notes.
Role Requirements
- Interest in Supply Chain Operations, Customer Service, or Order Administration.
- Comfort with technology and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics D365.
- Proficient with MS Office and have solid Excel skills.
- Strong organisational skills, adaptability, and a team player.
- Proficiency in English language is essential, knowledge of another European language is a plus.

There may be opportunities for hybrid work. The summer job period runs from the beginning of June to the end of August 2026.
WHAT WILL YOU DO Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive their Oatsome products seamlessly. In this role, you'll play a valuable role in managing customer orders and working closely with key stakeholders to make sure everything runs smoothly. Here’s what you can expect in the day-to-day: Be responsible for order management, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time, in the right amount to the right place and with an all-time high service. Keeping in daily contact with customers regarding the status of their orders to ensure smooth communication. Having close collaboration with internal stakeholders in the Supply Chain such as Planning, Logistics, Quality and Sales, but also finance. Keeping track of stock balances and having daily contact with 3PL. Handling customer complaints and processing claims and credit notes. This is a temporary position – and it's a great chance to learn and grow. Oatly is still expanding, so being adaptable and comfortable with change in a high-paced environment will help you gain valuable experience in this role.

You have a keen interest in Supply Chain Operations, Customer Service, or Order Administration. You’re comfortable with technology and have some familiarity with ERP systems – preferably Dynamics D365. You know your way around MS Office and have solid Excel skills. Most importantly, we place the greatest value on personal characteristics such as being organized, adaptable, and a great team player. You must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. It's a plus if you know another European language besides English, but it's not a requirement.
