Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in process design, preferably in the food, pharma, or FMCG industries
- Strong background in food production processes, CIP validation and optimization, and hygienic design
- Experience in digitalizing CIP processes
- Understanding of thermodynamics, mass balance, and heat and momentum transfer

The role: As a Process Engineering Manager specializing in Clean in Place (CIP), you will be pivotal in developing and driving the implementation of the Site Design Standard for CIP processes across our global Sustainable Operation network. You will be part of our Global Engineering team, focusing on process design in Capex and innovation projects, particularly in CIP design and optimization. Your role will involve improving efficiency and sustainability in Oatly's installed assets, enhancing safety, quality, and the work environment. You will also lead the CIP Engineering network, facilitating knowledge sharing and problem-solving across operations.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone with an advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience in process design, preferably within the food, pharma, or FMCG industries. You should have a strong background in food production processes, hygienic design, and CIP validation and optimization. Experience with digitalization of CIP processes and a good understanding of thermodynamics, mass balance, and heat and momentum transfer are essential.
