We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our portfolio of 50 holiday rentals. This includes managing customer relations, coordinating maintenance and cleaning work, and ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and in good condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relations, handling any issues or complaints that may arise
  • Coordinate maintenance and cleaning work for our properties, including scheduling and supervising contractors and cleaning staff
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that our rentals are in good condition and meet the company's standards for cleanliness and maintenance
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for managing our rental properties, including processes for booking, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Oversee the creation and management of property listings on various rental platforms, including listing descriptions, pricing, and availability
  • Monitor and manage the financial aspects of our properties, including tracking revenue and expenses, setting rental rates, and ensuring that payments are processed accurately and on time
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our company and our properties.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in property management, customer service, or a related field
  • A real self starter who is passionate about the start up space and wants to make an impact!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency with property management software and rental platforms
