The role: We are seeking a People Business Partner to support our North America factory teams in Ogden, Utah, and Millville, New Jersey. Each site has a team of approximately 30 employees. This role involves strategic impact and a strong connection to daily operational realities. You will act as a trusted partner and advisor to our local factory leaders, bringing people strategies to life while strengthening culture, engagement, and leadership capability. Your responsibilities will include translating site-level operational needs into actionable People plans, using data and observations to influence decision-making, and acting as the first point of contact for all People-related inquiries from employees.
Job requirements: You should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, along with 4–6 years of professional HR experience. Experience in partnering with leaders to align people initiatives with business objectives is crucial. You should also have strong employee relations experience, talent management skills, and an understanding of organizational design and workforce planning.
