Live shows make us feel good. They’re a time to hang with our friends, discover new artists or lose ourselves on a dancefloor. We’re on a mission to bring all of this to more fans, more often – and that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Community Manager to join our DEI team and help build a community where everyone at DICE feels they belong.
At DICE, you’ll be part of the company that’s redefining live entertainment. It’s a place where you can be yourself, influence the culture, and create work that you’re proud of.
About the role
As DEI Community Manager, you’ll be reporting to the DEI Partner, and supporting the implementation of our DEI strategy. You’ll help us foster a workplace where everyone feels included and heard. This is a brand new role at DICE, so there is plenty of scope for autonomy and innovation.
You’ll be
- Developing and managing our Global Belonging Programme to cultivate connection and inclusion across all of our global teams.
- Maintaining a global and diverse calendar of events, initiatives and engagement projects.
- Collaborating with our Employee Community Group leads to ensure they feel empowered and supported.
- Providing support to the DEI team across the DEI Strategy and major projects.
- Taking part in Listening Tours to ensure all voices are heard.
You are
- Passionate, humble and talented.
- A fan of music and culture.
- Actively responsible.
- Confident, creative and proactive.
- Calm under pressure.
- A clear communicator.
- Tech-savvy and data-driven.
- Driven to continuously develop yourself.
You’ll need
- Awareness and understanding of DEI themes and current affairs.
- Empathy and strong emotional awareness.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience of organising events and initiatives.
- A can-do attitude.

During the pandemic, we’ve learnt that working from home can help us focus, but many of us are missing the buzz of the office. We’re still figuring out the best way for us all to work together in the future, and we’ll involve the whole team in any decisions we make.
Application process
Our process usually involves a quick chat on the phone, a task and a couple of interviews where you’ll meet the people you’ll work with. We’ll keep you fully informed along the way.
