As we look to continue our strong growth in our direct-to-consumer and retail channels, we are looking for a self-motivated and energetic all-rounder who wants to get involved in the operational aspects of a fast-growing startup. From supply chain management and supporting negotiations with high-profile retailers, to taking the lead on bringing new products to market, this position is hugely varied and will utilise a range of skills to provide significant opportunity for both professional and personal development.

We’re seeking a self-starter who is willing to roll up their sleeves and make a big difference to Vitl as we enter a particularly exciting stage of our growth. We are ideally looking for 1-2 years of professional experience, but would also consider recent graduates who can demonstrate a hunger to learn and develop rapidly.

The day-to-day role will involve;

  • Supply chain management - forecasting, modeling and managing stock requirements across our DTC & retail channels, to ensure we’re always well covered to meet customer needs;
  • Managing supplier relationships - working with our suppliers to get the best possible commercial terms for Vitl, all whilst keeping our supply chain as lean as possible
  • Retail - working closely with our National Account Manager to develop relationships and negotiate with current & prospective retail customers
  • New Product Development - taking ideas from concept stage right through to launch
  • Process improvement - working collaboratively with every team across the business to improve a range of processes and reduce friction

  • You take the initiative and value speed in getting things done
  • Exceptional organisational skills to ensure nothing is missed and a keen eye for detail
  • You are comfortable in the face of uncertainty and know that challenges often arise which require flexibility, compromise and creative solutions
  • Keen interest in startups and technology
  • A degree in any discipline from a top tier university with ideally 1-2 years of commercial experience
  • Any supply chain or operations experience would be a bonus!

  • High level of autonomy and support from a highly ambitious and motivated team
  • Competitive salary according to your level of experience
  • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
