Role Summary
- Lead Oatly's beverage development strategy

The Role: As a Beverage Market Developer, you will be crucial in leading taste innovation within the specialty and out-of-home beverage sectors. This role extends beyond coffee to include mixology, tea-based drinks, and emerging beverage trends. You will create and lead Oatly's beverage development strategy, develop and test innovative beverage recipes using Oatly products, and proactively research beverage industry trends. Your work will involve initiating and executing local events, either led by Oatly or in partnership with external stakeholders.
Job Requirements: We are looking for someone who is highly creative, has a deep understanding of the U.S. beverage industry, and is well-connected within the specialty beverage community. You should be energized by building relationships and have a strong alignment with our mission. A curiosity-driven approach to exploring new flavors and a creative problem-solving ability are essential. You must reside in a major metropolitan area in the Southeast, such as Atlanta, Orlando, or Miami, and be willing to travel up to 30% domestically, with potential for international trips.
