Role Summary:
- Lead the maintenance of world-class quality and food safety across all Oatly facilities and global projects.
- Develop and oversee processes, methods, and tools to ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate with Quality Directors and partners across departments to maintain standards and ensure compliance.
- Champion Lean and OPEX methodologies and resolve critical issues.
Role Requirements:
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in food industry process manufacturing or quality assurance.
- Strong educational background in quality or food safety.
- Familiarity with GFSI standards like BRCGS, and continuous improvement systems.
- Passion for sustainability, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to build sustainable processes and structures.
- Ability to work collaboratively and drive forward momentum.

As the Global Director of Quality & Food Safety, you will lead the charge in maintaining world-class quality and food safety across all Oatly facilities and global projects. You will develop and oversee processes, methods, and tools that ensure our products' integrity, enabling our teams to achieve excellence daily. Collaborating closely with fellow Quality Directors and partners across various departments, you will guide your team in aligning with regional best practices, maintaining standards, and ensuring compliance at every step. Your role will involve championing Lean and OPEX methodologies, resolving critical issues, and contributing significantly to our management team.
We are looking for someone with at least 5+ years of senior leadership experience in food industry process manufacturing or quality assurance. You should have a strong educational background in quality or food safety and proven expertise in production and process quality management. Familiarity with continuous improvement systems and GFSI standards like BRCGS is essential.
You should be a passionate advocate for sustainability, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and enjoy building sustainable processes and structures.
