🌟 About the role

As our Knowledge Base Specialist you'll take full ownership of our self-service resources (Knowledge Base & Lodgify Academy). You´ll use your analytical skills to assess their effectiveness and success, and you´ll present and implement plans for their improvements, so that the resources are effective at both deflecting tickets and educating customers. Furthermore, you’ll use your strong knowledge of instructional design and project management to shape content for our Knowledge Base and Academy and to ensure their accuracy and high quality, both in written and video form.

💻 What you’ll be doing

Take ownership of our self-service resources (Knowledge Base & Lodgify Academy) Use data to make sure that our self-service resources are highly functional and relevant for our users Own the reporting of our Knowledge Base metrics, based on which you’ll present and implement plans for improvement Implement Knowledge Management principles and practices, as well as, ensure adherence Implement new processes and tools that pertain to resources

Additionally, you will:
Work closely together with people across teams and departments (such as Product and Marketing) to ensure that accuracy and timely release of content Coordinate with our trainers and team leads to identify resources needs

☑ Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in Knowledge Base/Help-center related data analysis Minimum of 2 years experience in managing and designing instructional material for end customers Minimum 1 year project management experience Strong skills in technical writing, data analysis, project management, presentation and communication Demonstrated understanding of knowledge management principles

It would be great to have:
Experience with Zendesk or Google Analytics metrics Capacity to deliver knowledge management and instructional content Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment Driven and proactive self-starter, who can meet deadlines and enjoys taking ownership Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
