Role Summary
- Provide support to the Supervising Producer and Director of Partnerships Production
- Assist in pre-production for all events
- Contribute to special projects as needed
- Undertake administrative tasks as well as manage onsite production tasks
- Execute interstitials programs and speaker assets
Role Requirements
- A BA/BS degree and at least 4 years of production experience including high-pressure broadcast environments
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Final Cut Pro
- Should be inquisitive, analytical, and solution-oriented
- Must possess excellent writing, communication, and management skills and be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Additional proficiency in AirTable is a strong plus

The Role TED is looking for a quick learner to integrate in a fast paced broadcast environment. The Associate Producer will support the Supervising Producer and Director of Partnerships Production, assist in pre-production for all events, and contribute to special projects as needed. This role involves supporting the Head of Production with administrative tasks, managing onsite production tasks, and executing interstitials programs and speaker assets.
Job Requirements Applicants should have a BA or BS degree with at least 4 years of production experience, including broadcast experience or similar high-pressure experience. Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Final Cut Pro is required. Additional proficiency in AirTable is a plus. Candidates should be inquisitive, analytical, solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and have excellent writing, communication, and management skills. The ability to foster teamwork and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
