Role Summary -
- Supporting digital and flagship event extensions
- Contributing to TED's most anticipated experiences
- Gaining experience with integrated marketing initiatives
- Working closely with the Partnerships team to manage campaign workflows, organize content and reporting, and support targeted outreach
Role Requirements -
- Familiarity with software like Airtable, Asana, Notion, and monday.com
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Canva
- Experience with campaign reporting or performance tracking is a bonus

The Role: TED is seeking a detail-oriented and curious Partnerships Intern to support the digital extensions of our custom events as well as our flagship events. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to TED’s most anticipated experiences while gaining hands-on experience with TED’s integrated marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You’ll work closely with the Partnerships team to help manage campaign workflows, organize content and reporting, and support outreach efforts that resonate with the right kind of bold thinkers we welcome at TED.
Job Requirements: Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Airtable or comparable record-keeping/project management softwares (e.g., Asana, Notion, monday.com) and experience integrating AI-driven project management tools to streamline workflows and reporting needs. Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Canva. Experience with campaign reporting or performance tracking is a bonus.
