Role Summary

The Role: As the Development Manager focusing on Individual Giving & Major Donors, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of our fundraising efforts in these areas. You will be responsible for cultivating and securing major to mid-level donor income and overseeing all individual giving programs such as donation programs, adoption schemes, and regular giving. Your role will also include attending key fundraising events and managing relationships with major donors to ensure a high-quality donor experience.

Job Requirements: You must have proven experience in major donor or high-value individual fundraising, with a track record of cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual donors. Experience with CRM systems to manage donor relationships and direct marketing for fundraising appeals is essential. A strong commitment to conservation and DSWF's mission is crucial.

Benefits: DSWF offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience, and benefits including a workplace pension scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. The position is hybrid, requiring presence in our Shalford office two days per week.
