Role Summary
- End-to-end ownership of our acquisition strategy for both, SME and Enterprise segments.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns to improve ROI and customer allocation.
- Grow our organic reach through SEO and own our conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategy.
- Working collaboratively with our UX Designer to provide an exceptional onsite experience to transform visitors into customers.
Role Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in performance marketing or growth marketing roles ideally in a B2B or SaaS setup.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, specifically Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing).
- Experience with managing hefty digital marketing budgets and delivering strong ROI.
- Expert in CRO, web analytics, A/B testing tools, and ability to turn data into clear strategies
- Excellent collaboration skills and a passion for sustainability and positive environmental impact.

The Role We're looking for a commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth across both our SME and Enterprise segments. You'll own our acquisition strategy end-to-end — from attracting new SME customers through our digital channels, to building pipeline and demand for Enterprise sales. This role is all about measurable impact: planning, executing, and optimising paid marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, improve ROI, and fuel our ambitious growth targets and growing our organic reach through SEO. You'll also own our conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategy and roadmap for thefirstmile.co.uk, working closely with our UX Designer to deliver an exceptional onsite experience that converts visitors into customers.
Job Requirements Proven experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment; minimum of 3 years' experience. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels in particular Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing). Hands-on experience managing large digital marketing budgets and delivering strong ROI. Expertise in CRO, web analytics, and A/B testing tools. Strong analytical mindset – able to translate data into clear, actionable strategies. Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally with UX, Sales, and Customer Facing teams. A passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the planet.
