Role Summary
- Leading the transformation of fundraising and supporter data into actionable insights.

Role Requirements
- Strong Power BI, DAX, data modelling, and Power Query skills.
- Experience with evaluation methods, KPIs, communication skills and attention to detail.
- Desirable skills include experience with fundraising CRMs, strong SQL abilities and exposure to financial modelling or online performance evaluation.

As an Insights Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming our fundraising and supporter data into actionable insights to guide our fundraising strategy. You will lead the development of our reporting suite, collaborate with teams across the charity, and help embed strong evaluation practices.
The role: You will design dashboards, build KPIs, analyse trends, and support teams to make evidence-based decisions. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with partnership working and strategic thinking.
Job requirements: Strong Power BI skills (DAX, data modelling, Power Query), knowledge of data modelling best practices, and the ability to turn complex data into clear, meaningful insights are essential. Experience with evaluation methods and KPIs, ideally in fundraising, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required. Experience with fundraising CRMs, strong SQL skills, and financial modelling or online performance evaluation are desirable.
