What we’re looking for:
A passionate B2B marketer to play a key role in building the Perlego community worldwide. You must have experience working in B2B as you’ll be responsible for delivering the B2B marketing performance from developing the strategy to creating campaigns and optimising our demand generation.
How we work together:
You will report into the Senior Partnerships Marketing Manager and be a key member of the wider commercial team working closely with your sales, marketing, content and brand colleagues.
What you’ll do:
- Build the foundations of demand generation for B2B marketing at Perlego by implementing new processes and systems
- Partner with sales on campaigns, scoring, nurture, lead management, and reporting to grow existing channels and test out new marketing channels in order to exceed revenue targets
- Execute integrated campaigns leveraging the right mix of inbound & outbound tactics (across content, email, web, paid advertising, virtual events and more) to drive qualified prospective customers through the funnel and engage them with the right messaging at each stage
- Leverage insights, measure and report on pipeline targets, and continually optimise campaigns to increase return on investment
- Support on the GTM strategy for acquiring university lecturers and educators through supporting on the execution of campaigns
- Develop sales enablement tools to ensure consolidated and consistent messaging
Requirements
It’s the perfect role for you if you have:
- Experience in a multi-dimensional role implementing marketing strategies and demand generation programs that have consistently contributed to exceeding revenue targets
- Experience directly managing B2B Digital Marketing campaigns
- Experience with managing a CRM, list acquisition and marketing automation
- Experience running integrated campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, display, email, social, web and events
- The ability to own a process from start to finish and have strong project management skills; from running workshops to campaign execution
- Excellent communication skills and are able to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly with an actionable plan
- A passion for analysing data to make informed decisions and to test your hypothesises
- A passion for customers and a real understanding of their challenges and needs
- Energy, passion and a sleeves-rolled-up mentality: you’re a self-starter who can think quick, act fast and deal with ambiguity
⭐️ It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience working for an education business, specifically Ed-tech
- Experience working in HubSpot to create and manage email nurture programs
- A background working in a rapidly scaling start-up environment
- A general interest in books, reading and always learning new things!
What success looks like in 12 months:
- Create and optimise the inbound strategy generating a predictable pipeline with clear initiatives to improve the conversion rate at each stage
- Develop ideal customer personas and messaging that will resonate with each audience. Translate this into campaigns with a clear content plan for each stage of the funnel.
- Set and execute on a clear marketing strategy with milestones and KPIs and collaborate with the sales and wider marketing team to ensure full team buy-in
