Role Summary

  • Provide financial business partnership to Oatly's global functions
  • Enable data-driven decision-making by translating financial data into actionable business insights
  • Perform standard business controller activities
  • Design, challenge, and influence the financial decisions and SG&A agenda for all global functions
  • Contribute to initiatives that optimize our costs, processes, and systems for greater efficiency

Role Requirements

  • BSc degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field - 7+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, and planning, and global/corporate finances.
  • Proven leadership and project management experience with global, cross-functional initiatives
  • Capability to influence key stakeholders using facts and insights
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
  • Keen interest in understanding business operations - exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with D365 / AARO and Power BI / Power Query / PowerAutomate will be an advantage

THE ROLE: We will be the financial business partner to Oatly's global functions and enable data-driven decision-making by translating financial data into actionable business insights, while performing the standard business controller activities. You will also design, challenge, and influence the financial decisions and SG&A agenda for all global functions. This means leading or participating in initiatives to optimize our cost, processes, or systems to ensure we keep being more efficient with every financial choice we make.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: You hold a BSc degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and planning with relevant experience in Finance for Global / Corporate functions. Proven leadership and project management experience in driving complex, global, cross-functional initiatives. Strong ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders using facts and insights and indirect leadership. Ability to communicate and present complex data clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Relentless curiosity and acumen to understand how each part of the business operates. Proven analytical skills with ability to manage and navigate complex datasets and financial models. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Fluency in English is required. Experience with D365 / AARO as well as Power BI / Power Query / PowerAutomate is an advantage.
