The Role
Due to our rapid growth, we have an amazing opportunity for a creative Copywriter to join our team at ZOE. Reporting to our Senior Brand Marketing Manager, this position will be responsible for producing accurate, engaging, and creative copy for a range of mediums across the ZOE brand, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines. In this role you will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Brand and Growth Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Design while leading an exciting range of copywriting projects.
You'll:
Write best-in-class copy that captures ZOE’s tone and science for various mediums, including email, website, podcast, and social Produce creative and effective trail-blazing ideas and copy and work closely with key stakeholders and channel owners to ensure their proper rollout across entire campaigns and brand assets Develop compelling creative work in line with the ZOE brand and campaign strategies Consistently deliver original/inventive concepts that are seen through to delivery Play a key role in developing and refining the ZOE voice as we grow Work closely with our Science and Comms teams to understand the ins and outs of our scientific copy and stay ahead with market, science and health industry developments Work closely with our Growth marketers to develop best-in-class performing ads for acquisition, and tap into new audiences with relevant messages Write both long-form direct sales copy and short-form sales copy with a focus on performance and conversionsWe think this role would be a great fit if you:
Have demonstrable experience working in-house, with an agency or publisher, in particular with a DTC start up or scale up brand, creating copy across multiple channels and touchpoints Have a strong portfolio (or examples) of creative work and copywriting Have in-depth knowledge and experience writing for different marketing platforms; you understand best practice for copy across mediums Thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment. You feel comfortable making decisions to act fast, pivot fast, and drive the changing needs of a high growth startup company Are a natural team player.
