Role Summary
- Guide end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
- Facilitate core IBP forums and collaborate across teams.
- Use advanced planning tools to improve accuracy and decision-making.
- Support the development, implementation, and enhancement of the IBP process.
- Balance demand and financial plans.
- Develop scenario planning to assist decision-making.
Role Requirements
- A BA/BS degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in business planning, supply chain management, or finance.
- 2-3 years of experience with Anaplan or other advanced planning solutions.
- Proven success in leading integrated business planning or sales and operation planning processes.

The role: As an Integrated Business Planning Lead at Oatly NA, you will guide our end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process. This role involves facilitating core IBP forums, collaborating across teams, and using advanced planning tools to enhance accuracy and decision-making. You will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IBP process, ensure alignment between demand and financial plans, and develop scenario planning to support decision-making.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone with a BA/BS degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field. You should have at least 5 years of experience in business planning, supply chain management, or finance, including 2-3 years with Anaplan or other advanced planning solutions. A proven track record in leading integrated business planning or sales and operations planning processes is essential.
