The role: As a Records Manager at Kew, you will be at the forefront of managing both paper and electronic records, ensuring they align with our corporate sustainability strategy. You will develop records management guidance and policy, deliver corporate training programs, and manage the enquiry service for our modern records. This role includes leading the implementation of SharePoint, managing the Information Champions network, and developing retention schedules. You will also have line management responsibilities for the Records Assistant.

Job requirements: Candidates should have a wealth of experience in records or information management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop relationships with all levels of stakeholders. Knowledge of information governance legislation, standards, and best practices is essential. Experience in managing electronic records and documents in platforms like SharePoint is highly desirable.
