The role
BeZero is looking for a driven, hands-on Inside Sales analyst to assist in identifying, qualifying, and distributing new leads to the Commercial Managers.
The Inside Sales analyst will join a growing Commercial organisation and assist in building a robust and high quality sales pipeline for the BeZero Carbon Platform and API. This is an entry level role position with prospects of moving into a Commercial Manager position and therefore the candidate will be assisting the Commercial organisation to build a robust and high quality sales pipeline for the BeZero Carbon Platform and API. The candidate will work to ensure a proactive new business inside sales effort. The successful candidate will have a “hunter” type of profile, reaching out to new accounts within the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) space to qualify. The focus will be on identifying and qualifying leads at banks, brokers, commodity houses and intermediaries.
Responsibilities
Help Commercial Managers meet or exceed quarterly new business goals and drive new leads through cold approaches, social selling and coordinated campaign outreach.
Work closely with Marketing to leverage campaigns generating inbound leads for qualification.
Work closely with Product to identify new targets based on existing and future product iterations.
Provide timely and accurate insight to your insides sales activities.
Use appropriate techniques to identify new logos and contacts to help the Commercial team build a pipeline of new business.
Work collaboratively with the wider BeZero Carbon organisation to maximise growth opportunities.
Manage lead and campaign execution with rigour and accuracy.

Early-career experience
Good communication skills
Well-developed IT skills, notably MS Excel
Looking to launch their career within a commercial function and within the Climate-Finance space
Desired but not essential: ability to speak additional European languages
