ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE: Global Travel Coordinator Trainer

LOCATION: Milan

TYPE OF CONTRACT: fixed term

SALARY RANGE: 21-23k

What you'll do: 

• Support new travel coordinators in getting ready for their first trips through pre-trip assistance and briefings 
• Give feedback to Travel Coordinators helping them to perform better
• 24/7 assistance to Travel Coordinators in case of group management and transfers issues on a rota basis
• Collect insights on WeRoad experience, training and operations improvements
• Being part of the WeRoad Global Travel Coordinators’ Community

What we’re looking for: 

• Group Management skills 
• Ability to receive and give feedback
• Flexibility to work on a rota basis and cover late evening hours (Travel Coordinators are often available after 6.30PM)
• International mindset 
• Growth mindset (both for yourself and the Travel Coordinators you’ll assist)
• Willingness to grow an international community of Travel Coordinators
• Be a great listener and mediator between team and Community 
• Support to grow the biggest European Travel Community
