About the role

You will be the first Learning and Development Specialist, designing and developing world-leading learning experiences for our Customer Operation Teams (Cards, Loans and Auto loans, Collections and Complaints). Once Operations have been set up for success, we would like you to focus on the wider company training and competence framework.
This will include arranging and coordinating regulatory training (both computer-based and face-to-face) such as Data Protection, Consumer Duty and AML.You will also source specialist training for key functions such as Technology and Data Science.
Your designs will accelerate and improve speed to competency, uplift workforce capability and engagement, and build capability which leads Lendable to thrive and grow. Not only will you be part of building the L&D roadmap, but you will also be part of guiding the execution whilst ensuring quality and excellence throughout the business. Lendable is keen to hire someone with a self-starter attitude.
What do you need to succeed in this role
You have at least 3 years of experience in Training/Learning & Development > specialised in CustomerOperations and the Finance Industry (B2C)
You have worked in Fintech or Financial services
You have experience building L&D from the ground up
You have experience delivering and executing all elements of the training cycle for a range of learning solutions
Researching, designing, and piloting new learning and development initiatives
You have a proven ability to think and plan strategically, shape projects and deliver to agreed timelines
You have strong presentation skills
You are a multi-tasker, engaging, personable, and up for a challenge
