The role of the Sales Operations Executive is to support the Global Sales Team in utilising the tools and data in the most effective way that drive stronger sales performance.

What you'll be doing
- Daily ownership of Salesforce to observe usage and movement of Sales opportunities and key fields to ensure accurate reporting
- Support & analysis for the Sales Team, including the tracking of sales metrics, sales activities, and monitoring sales forecasts
- Assist with lead generation, pipeline management and & lead distribution through management of inbound channels
- Liaison between Marketing and the Sales Team to ensure that reporting and activities are communicated appropriately with actionable steps
- Assist in the development, roll out, and training of sales tools and platforms, to improve sales team efficiency and commercial effectiveness
- Assist in the creation of training materials and documentation
- Support with all Sales Team queries and escalate as required within both the immediate team and wider business
- Project Management support for Sales Operations globally
- Research and data analysis using Excel, Salesforce, and PowerBI
About you
- Professional experience with a focus in Sales or Business Operations preferably in a B2B environment
- Salesforce proficiency required
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
- Proven ability to be proactive, autonomous, and make practical trade-offs when vital
- Strong attention to detail, with a high level of organisation
- Strong team player, that represents the Sales Operations function with integrity and partnership
- Strong prioritisation skills, able to manage a busy schedule and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude
- Proficient skills Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of Sales tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, Salesloft, etc.
