The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Qualifications Lead to join and oversee our Travel Design team. The first point of contact with our potential clients, this role is critical in giving a lasting first impression and starting the excitement of the unique travel planning process that we are famous for.

Through your conversations, you will discover what our customers are looking for, but also pick up on the little extra things that will turn an incredible holiday into a trip of a lifetime! You will be an expert communicator, with broad-ranging destination knowledge, and a genuine passion for customer service.

The Role

• Managing the initial steps of a customer’s journey, creating a positive first impression of the Luxtripper brand through building great relationships.
• Liaising and communicating with clients to discover what they are looking for to match them to their dream destination, as well as managing expectations and providing advice and recommendations to ensure they are happy with their choices.
• Introducing clients to their expert Travel Specialist based on their destination of choice, ensuring all information is captured and the agent pipelines are correctly managed
• Sharing valuable destination knowledge to advise customers on what they can expect, sharing your passion and enthusiasm for travel.
• Communicating across multiple platforms with speed and accuracy to ensure the smoothness of the customer journey.
• Tracking leads and passing analysis onto Marketing and Sales for reporting.

Requirements

An attentive listener, confident and polite in your manner with a genuine to desire to help every customer on their way to finding the right luxury getaway for them.

A Passion for Travel – joining our journey to create incredible new global experiences for our clients, you share our passion for adventure travel. You also believe in our mission to protect and preserve the wildlife, environment and local communities across every destination

Expert Communicator - you will have strong written and verbal English skills to communicate and build relationships with both our clients and your colleagues, across multiple different platforms.

Team player – you enjoy being part of and guiding a team, supporting others and both coaching and learning from your colleagues for the wider benefit of both clients and the business.

Organised – able to balance high volumes of new leads, whilst ensuring prompt contact with customers and recording valuable information about what they are looking for.

Keen learner – you’re always looking for opportunities to learn more about the destinations, properties and partnerships within Luxtripper’s luxury portfolio from industry experts, that you can pass onto clients to enhance their travel experience

Salary is £23,000 per year plus monthly commission.
