Knepp are currently on the lookout for a couple (or two friends) to fill the Campsite Warden position for the 2023 season.

The Role

Our warden role is a seasonal position for two people applying together, who are happy to share accommodation and jointly fulfil the duties of the warden couple. Free accommodation and all bills will be included as the role requires weekends and some evening work.

This is a great opportunity for two people looking for full-time seasonal work to spend the summer at the Knepp Rewilding Project in the Sussex countryside. You’ll help look after our campsite and will ensure our guests have a great experience whilst staying with us, whilst being part of an award-winning hospitality team.

As a couple you will be jointly responsible for keeping up the campsite’s 5* status, maintaining and cleaning our guest accommodation, shop and facilities.
