We have an exciting opportunity for three exceptional Programme Managers to join our new Enterprise Hub Ecosystem team.

The role(s)

We believe the solutions to today’s most complex economic and social challenges lie in the minds of the brightest engineering and technology entrepreneurs. In the Enterprise Hub, we help turn ideas into reality by providing a unique package of funding, training, networking and mentoring from the nation’s leading engineers and entrepreneurs, but we don’t take a penny in return.

And we go one step further, we believe that through delivery of tailored, impactful, and bespoke activities for our alumni community, we can continue to support them to reach their full potential and act to convene our unrivalled networks to support the wider UK innovation ecosystem.

We are recruiting for three new Ecosystem Manager roles:

  • Ecosystem Manager, Climate and Sustainability
  • Ecosystem Manager, Health and Resilience
  • Ecosystem Manager, Digital and Physical Infrastructure

The Ecosystem Managers will be aligned to one of three key thematic areas (or verticals) and will each have responsibility for overseeing the work and stakeholders relevant to the area. These new roles willbe fundamental in shaping and driving a new, best-in-class, programme of activities and events, and initiatives, to engage and support our incredible founders/CEOs/C-suite executives all working at the cutting-edge of technology and innovation.

The roles offer a high degree of autonomy and responsibility for owning the strategy, delivery, and key results for their vertical. This includes shaping a programme of high-quality events and activities, engaging with our community members to build strong relationships and identifying needs to offer tangible support opportunities.

The successful candidates will join a collaborative, enthusiastic and mission-driven Enterprise Hub team, and form an important part of a new Ecosystem sub-team. We are passionate and committed to expanding our reach and maximising the impact we can make. These roles will be integral to helping us achieve this.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates who are skilled programme managers who have experience in community engagement and an understanding of innovation and the potential needs and challenges of start-ups, scale ups and spin outs. The candidates will also have experience, or a strong interest, in either Climate and SustainabilityHealth and Resilience and/or Digital and Physical Infrastructure

You will be an effective communicator, with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders and build strong, lasting and credible relationships. You will have demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping them on track independently while working collaboratively with a wider team. You will be a self-starter, balancing creativity and vision, to help create practical and meaningful action.

We encourage candidates with transferable skills from other sectors, backgrounds or roles, to apply. We are an innovative and creative group of individuals, and we want to hear what you could bring to the role.
