We're an ambitious team of almost 100 people across the UK, Spain, France, Portugal & Germany and not stopping there.
After winning some of our biggest agency accounts in the last two years, including Uber, Jägermeister, Mars, M&S, Sports Direct, River Island & Primark, our New Business & Marketing team are growing. We're looking for an ambitious self-starter to join our team, and support our Head of New Business and Associate New Business Director in building our sales funnel and delivering pitches that win.

Working with senior stakeholders - working alongside the Leadership Team, in particular the CEO, as part of the team who set the vision and direction of the agency
✏️ What you'll be doing:
Supporting the delivery of best-in-class pitch responses
We run 12 big pitches a year with the best brands in the world, we need your help to deliver the best responses in the industry
- Project management - working closely with the resource manager to select and book team resource to respond to pitches; Building timing plans to ensure pitches are delivered efficiently
- Researching brands to brief pitch teams
Managing senior stakeholders: internally with brands and partner businesses
Begin establishing your network with our agency partners and working directly with agency leadership
- Supporting the ANBD in managing relationships with Intermediaries and industry partners to ensure Born Social maintains regular outbound communication and relevance
- Day-to-day POC for Hubspot, working alongside our account manager to spot opportunities to improve Hubspot efficiency, automation and innovation on the platform
- Monthly & quarterly auditing of the industry landscape - competitor agencies, intermediaries and industry organisations
Creation and delivery of bespoke new business engagement campaigns
You’ll be responsible for coming up with innovative ways to get in touch with the best brands in the world tell them about Born Social
Proactive identification of high priority, good fit VIP prospects within target businesses and sectors- Set up, create and manage cold email campaigns utilizing marketing automation and email distribution software (Hubspot) to generate leads and conversations
- Delivering ongoing weekly & monthly reporting on the effectiveness of new business campaigns, lead generation and deal velocity from initial conversation to contract signed
- Maintain a database of prospects, tracking the progress of all leads, regular data-pulling from Cognism to build our pool of contacts
Delivery & ongoing maintenance of agency sales material
You’ll take the lead on how we tell stories about the work we do with clients.
- Refine and update a library of company credentials, case studies and other sales materials
- Work alongside Associate New Business Director to deliver RFI and RFP documents for prospective clients
- Act as a central point for the internal teams, building relationships to bring together the right individuals and disciplines to best create sales materials
- Work alongside the marketing department to support with award and accreditation submissions.
👀 Who we're looking for:
- You have 1+year of experience in a client-facing or new business (preferably at a marketing agency)
- You're passionate about marketing and social media
- You're interested in sales, super competitive & motivated by targets
- You're proactive, with a thirst for knowledge/always looking for the ‘extra 10%’
- You have strong project management skills, organised with great attention to detail
- Experience working with senior stakeholders is a plus
