The Role As a Part-Time Coordinator for Podcast Ad Operations, you will support host-read and branded podcast campaigns from kickoff through completion. Your responsibilities include facilitating the production of ads, tracking timelines, deliverables, and approvals in AirTable and internal systems. You will flag risks or delays and ensure campaigns stay on schedule. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to streamline operations.

Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in podcasting, digital media, or ad operations. Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills are required. You should be highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with AirTable and Google Workspace is preferred.

Benefits This role offers an hourly rate of $25.00 and requires a time commitment of 20-30 hours per week. The position is remote, allowing flexibility in your working location, specifically welcoming applicants from the US.
