We are currently seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition to be a founding member of the Global P&C team and an integral part of the function. This is a crucial role, responsible for shaping our hiring practices and working with key internal stakeholders to standardize recruitment processes for their desired roles. You would be working alongside the P&C team and supporting us in the below areas:
What you'll do:
- Deliver the best sourcing and recruitment strategy for WeRoad for all 5 countries (IT, ES, UK, FR, GR)
- Find and engage candidates through the use of LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
- Screen resumes and interview candidates
- Be the entrance point for our candidate, ensuring an amazing candidate experience and, at the same time, support the Talent Team to acquire the most brilliant talents on the Market
- Build and cultivate talent pipelines for our hiring needs, partnering with the Hiring Managers
- Be ready to work on all different kinds of roles, starting from interns through junior/middle profiles
- Follow the internal admin & onboarding process of new hires, supporting our Regional HR Legal & Compensation Manager
- Help develop Employer Branding events, such as organizing and participating in career days and contacts with universities/masters
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1+ years of sourcing experience in recruiting and talent scouting. Having worked in Head Hunting firm or as RPO will be considered a plus
- Previous experience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring managers
- Great experience approaching candidates and pitching them the WeRoad WoWness
- Autonomy in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches; additional experience in recruiting through other job platforms is a strong plus
- Previous experience in working in a super fast-paced environment, being ready to match extremely ambitious hiring targets and go through lots of amazing applications
- Previous experience in tech start-up/scale-up or recruiting in Spain, French or German markets will be a plus
- Mandatory fluency in English; additional languages are a strong plus (E.g. Spanish, French, German).
