Role Summary

The role: As a Special Events Officer, you will work with the Special Events & Stewardship Manager and Special Events Assistant to manage and deliver a program of events aimed at achieving income targets and supporting the larger special events for Battersea Dogs & Cats Home. This includes high-profile events with Battersea's royal patron, receptions for our high-value supporters, fundraising dinners, lunches, and smaller cultivation and stewardship events.

Job requirements: The role requires strategic planning, management, and delivery on income targets and non-financial goals through a program of high-value fundraising and stewardship and cultivation events. You will also be responsible for evaluating and monitoring special events performance, researching and proposing new opportunities for events, and providing overall support to ensure the smooth running of the team and events.
