Who We Are
At Entrepreneur First (“EF”), we believe that a small number of exceptional people will have an extraordinary impact by creating the technology companies which shape the future in ways we cannot yet imagine. We also believe that for many of these individuals, entrepreneurship is not an obvious or entirely legible career path.
We exist to identify, and amplify the impact of, these individuals. We do this via our unique approach to company creation, which sees us identify and work with outliers before they even know they’re outliers, right through to the day they prove it. We call this Talent Investing.
The companies built at EF are now worth over $10bn. They include Tractable (a computer vision unicorn), Magic Pony Technology (AI, acquired by Twitter for a reported $150m), La Vie (foodtech), Kinetix (creator tools), Neoplants (biotech) and many more.
EF is funded and backed by some of the world's best founders and investors, including Patrick and John Collison (Stripe), Reid Hoffman (LinkedIn), Tom Blomfield (GoCardless and Monzo) and Demis Hassabis (Google Deepmind). We’re looking for the next generation of Talent Investors to join us, and enable the world’s most exceptional people to fulfil their potential.
In this role, you’ll be supporting Entrepreneur First’s marketing activities in France, building our brand as a beacon for exceptional emerging talent and positioning our programmes to attract the most ambitious among them.
You’ll partner with our talent investors team to uncover insights about our target audience at different stages of their career journey and how to reach them, tailoring our communications across owned, earned, and paid channels.
In addition to EF’s own narrative, you’ll get to work alongside and tell the stories of our founders and their companies, placing you at the forefront of technological innovation across multiple industries.
You’ll also get to work closely with marketers from other EF sites abroad (UK, Germany, India and US) and our Global Marketing team.
What You'll DoCreate and execute a content marketing strategy to generate compelling content to increase brand awareness, drive leads, and engage our community. Design and manage a communications plan leveraging different strategies (content, digital marketing, events etc) to reach and engage exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds. Measure the impact of marketing activities, focusing on driving quality over quantity for our candidate pipeline. Own EF’s media strategy in France, building relationships with key outlets and managing our PR agency to drive share of voice and relevancy.
