Share Community is a dedicated organization that provides training courses for adults with learning disabilities and autism. We offer a variety of creative, practical, and academic subjects including Art, Textiles, Digital Skills, Maths, English, and Independent Living Skills. Our mission is to empower our students through education and support, helping them to gain skills, confidence, and independence.

The role: As a Bank Tutor, you will be responsible for providing cover during staff absences across our four sites in London. This includes Share Clapham Junction, Share Brixton, Share Tooting, and Share Vauxhall. Your main responsibilities will involve using prepared lesson plans to support and train students, helping them develop the necessary skills for their learning and external qualifications where applicable.

Job requirements: We are looking for candidates who have experience in delivering teaching or training and are confident working across a range of subjects. A flexible approach and a can-do attitude are essential, as you will need to adapt to different teaching environments and student needs.

Benefits: This position offers flexible bank work on an 'as and when' basis, with no guarantee of work but the opportunity for block weeks can be booked in advance.
