Role Summary:
- Engage with high-potential clients both virtually and face-to-face
- Conduct meetings, follow-ups, and close business in Spanish-speaking countries

Role Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record of closing €200k+ deals
- Outstanding presentation skills and pipeline building ability
- Familiarity with the corporate L&D landscape in Spain (preferred)

The role Due to our growth overall and some exciting wins in the Spanish region, we are looking to hire a dedicated Senior Business Development Manager, to engage with high potential clients both virtually and face-to-face. You'll conduct meetings booked by the SDR team, follow up and of course close business in Spanish-speaking countries. We'd expect you to have the experience to help coach the more junior members of the team but also come with a growth mindset.
Job requirements Fluency in Spanish and English languages is essential. Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales and a proven track record of closing deals with contract value of €200k+ is required. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to build a pipeline and create qualified opportunities through various channels by engaging decision-makers are necessary. Knowledge of corporate L&D landscape in Spain is preferred.
