Description
We are looking for a Director of Operations who will be responsible to deliver on The Conduit promise and business plan, being key to the creation of a positive and aligned culture.
As our Director of Operations, you will:
- Develop a sustainable business model for the delivery of a profitable Food and Beverage operation that serves as the London home where The Conduit movement and members can convene, thrive and grow
- Create a global example as the first (of many) licensees of The Conduit brand from The Conduit Holding Company
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the running of The Conduit club on a day to day basis
- Accountable for ensuring that members and clients receive world class service,and that the club business achieves its commercial targets.
