Role Summary
- Contribute to product development for Kew, Wakehurst, and our online shop.

Role Requirements
- Prior buying experience, preferably within the gift sector.
- A keen eye for design and ability to cater to diverse target audiences.
- Strong finance management skills, commercial awareness, and history of meeting targets.
- Comfortable with negotiation and influencing, and knowledgeable about relevant suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills and IT literacy; experience with Microsoft D365 and buying for visitor attractions is a plus.

You will have proven buying experience, ideally within the gift sector, with a strong eye for design and the ability to select products that appeal to a range of target audiences. You will demonstrate strong budget management, commercial awareness, and a track record of meeting targets. Confident in negotiation and influencing, you will have knowledge of relevant suppliers and excellent communication skills. You will be IT literate, with experience of Microsoft D365 and buying for visitor attractions desirable.
