In your role as an MS Dynamics 365 Service Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in influencing the performance and future development of our enterprise platform that supports teams across the institute including Finance, Retail, Marketing, and more.

Role Summary:

  • Hands-on support, continual improvement, release management, and system enhancement
  • Work extensively with Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape, encompassing Finance & Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform
  • Directly enhance services, user experience, and business performance


Role Requirements:

  • Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
  • 2–3 years’ experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
  • Functional troubleshooting, configuration, and user support experience
  • Understanding of end-to-end business processes and familiarity with ITIL practices
  • Experience across D365 F&SCM and D365 CE, familiarity with PowerApps, Power Automate, and knowledge of SQL, Azure DevOps, LCS, data integrations

As an MS Dynamics 365 Service Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the performance, stability, and future development of our vital enterprise platform. This platform supports various teams across the organisation, including Retail, E-Commerce, Marketing, Customer Care, Ticketing, Fundraising, Membership, Finance, and Reporting.

The role involves hands-on support, continuous improvement, release management, and system enhancement. You will have the opportunity to work with a broad Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape, including Finance & Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement, and the Power Platform. This is a varied and visible role where your expertise will directly improve services, user experience, and business performance across the organisation.

Job requirements include a degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent professional experience, with at least 2–3 years’ experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications within a structured IT environment. Strong functional troubleshooting, configuration, and user support experience are essential. A good understanding of end-to-end business processes and exposure to ITIL practices, particularly incident, problem, and change management, are also important. Additional experience across both D365 F&SCM and D365 CE, familiarity with PowerApps and Power Automate, and knowledge of SQL, Azure DevOps, LCS, data integrations or Microsoft functional certifications would be advantageous.
