Role Summary:
- Lead the end-to-end Supply Planning function to ensure product availability and efficient use of manufacturing capacity.
- Facilitate strong alignment between demand and supply across the business through successful interaction with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Contribute to data-driven decision making through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
Role Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in Supply or Production Planning in an FMCG or international context.
- Proven experience in working with IBP/S&OP processes and cross-functional supply chains.
- Prior leadership experience in planning teams or networks.
- Experience with advanced planning tools such as Anaplan.

You'll have a central role in connecting the dots between Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams. You'll lead your team, drive planning excellence, and contribute to data-driven decisions through our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field. - At least five years of experience in Supply or Production Planning, preferably within FMCG and an international context. - Solid experience working with IBP/S&OP processes and cross-functional supply chains. - Proven experience leading planning teams or networks. - Experience working with advanced planning tools such as Anaplan (or similar).
