As a Retail Sales Assistant with RBG Kew, your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers across various retail locations and pop-up shops, ensuring a memorable Kew experience. The role includes either a commitment of 7hrs per week on weekends or 14hrs, involving late work hours. Ideal candidates will have weekend availability and a background in Retail or Customer Service in busy settings.

The role: As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be working across our retail locations and pop-up shops within a friendly and motivated team, proactively providing our customers with exceptional and genuine service ensuring they have a memorable experience at Kew. To ensure sufficient staffing at the weekends, Kew Retail has up to six fixed-term posts available. These posts are contracted hours: either 7hrs per week working on Saturdays or Sundays, or 14hrs per week working on Saturdays and Sundays. Late working is expected as part of these posts. Ideal candidates will be able to remain calm under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced proactive environment.
Job requirements: We are looking for candidates with weekend availability, with Retail or Customer Service experience in busy environments. Weekends are when Kew sees the highest number of visitors.
