About the role:  

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Intern to assist our Product Management team in developing and launching new products. The successful candidate will work closely with all teams/relevant stakeholders to gather and analyze market research, create documentation and content for internal and external use, and contribute to the development of product strategies.

We are open and supportive of remote workers within Canada.

What you'll do:

Help to maintain cohesive product knowledge across the entire company Analyze competitors and client and market trends to help prioritize roadmap items and differentiate between MVP and V2 features Create clear organization systems for the flow of ideas from feature design to ultimate end development, ensuring each additional roadmap item supports business goals  Assess client trends using Mixpanel and report on usage statistics Conduct feedback sessions with prospects and clients Assist the product department head with overall strategy and continuous assessment the of roadmap Create product documentation and training materials for internal and external stakeholders. Support the vision and values of Diversio and represent the firm in a high-quality and professional way

You'll likely* have:

Experience working in a professional environment  Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Communications, or any other relevant program Completing the third or final year of your program Proficiency in or quick ability to learn Figma, Mixpanel, Clickup, and Confluence Effective research and information-gathering skills Ability to take the initiative from ideas to action quickly, to try something new, and problem-solve using analytics   Strong communications skills  Ability to be a team player in addition to being a self-starter  Detail oriented, and comfortable with multitasking  Eagerness to learn and adapt  An interest and initial understanding of DEI Demonstrated content creation and presentation skills  Previous experience in engineering, development, or product management roles is a plus

The Details

Pay $20/Hr  35 - 40 hours a week  Contract for May - August with an opportunity for an extension through the fall

Please note: Applicants must be located in Canada and currently pursuing their degree. Students who are graduating in the spring of 2023 are not eligible for this opportunity.
